Berngo Safaris – Return Policy
At Berngo Safaris, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional experiences and quality products. Our Return Policy covers both safari services and gift items purchased through www.berngosafaritours.com.
1. Safari Services (Tours & Travel Experiences)
Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
More than 60 days before departure → Refund of balance paid (minus deposit & transaction fees).
31–59 days before departure → 50% refund of total amount.
15–30 days before departure → 25% refund of total amount.
14 days or less before departure → Non-refundable.
If Berngo Safaris cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (safety, weather, or government restrictions), you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future safari.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
2. Gift Items (Merchandise & Souvenirs)
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or custom-themed products) are non-returnable unless defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
3. Exceptions
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for safari services as additional protection.
Clearance or discounted gift items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
