Day 01 :

Departure to Samburu

Depart Nairobi via the scenic Thika superhighway, heading north towards Archer’s Gate, a journey covering approximately 310km over 6 hours. Along the way, enjoy views of tea, coffee, and sisal plantations in Nyeri and Karatina. There's a chance to stop en route to catch sight of Mount Kenya's snow-capped peaks. Continue past the equator into Samburu County, known for its semi-arid landscapes. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or tented camp, followed by an afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02 :

Samburu National Reserve Game Drive

Enjoy a full day of extensive game viewing in Samburu National Reserve, renowned for its unique wildlife species like oryx, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Grevy’s zebra, and reticulated giraffe. Game drives will focus along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where diverse wildlife congregates. All meals and overnight stay at the same camp.

Day 03 :

Return to Nairobi

Opt for an optional morning game drive before breakfast. Afterward, depart for the return journey to Nairobi. Lunch will be provided en route, and upon arrival in Nairobi in the afternoon, check into your hotel for refreshments, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 04 :

Safari to Maasai Mara

Depart Nairobi after breakfast for the renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy lunch upon arrival at your camp and relax before an afternoon game drive. Encounter the Big Five and other wildlife including Masai giraffes, buffalos, and various antelope species.

Day 05 :

Maasai Mara National Reserve

Day 06 :

Enroute to Lake Naivasha

Start with an early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Visit a Maasai village (optional, at extra cost), then depart for Lake Naivasha with a lunch stop at Narok. Arrive at Lake Naivasha in the late afternoon for an exciting boat trip, observing diverse birdlife and hippos.

Day 07 :

Road Trip to Amboseli National Park

Day 09 :

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Transfer by Train Back to Nairobi
