Rise early, around 1:30 a.m., to embark on the steep ascent to Rhino Point (3,800 m.) and onward to

Cobra Point (4,350 m.). Arriving at the summit (4,566 m) just in time for sunrise, there's a chance to catch a glimpse of Kilimanjaro Peak above the clouds. The final leg of the climb traverses a breathtaking narrow ridge line between the sheer inner cliffs and the sloping outer wall of the crater.

After a brief rest and brunch at Saddle Hut, begin your descent towards Meriakamba Hut and ultimately to Momella Gate. Your returning transfer awaits at Momella Gate to transport you back to Moshi or Arusha, where you can unwind and reflect on your remarkable journey.
